This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Old Parliament House requires a Cloud based Expense management system that integrates with the existing systems, including MYOB and Salesforce. The current expense management system is a combination of a number of applications; however, this is not a best practice solution.
The new expense management system must use the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) standard data for travel and credit card reconciliation.
The users and their needs
Currently, Old Parliament House has over 100 staff, however credit card numbers are around 50. All staff may need to be able to report expenses, as well as travel conditions as staff are often required to travel for research and learning purposes.

Research and investigation of applications that are suitable for Old Parliament House’s environment.
Technical/business constraints
This RFI will be used to identify a shortlist of potential providers for a future opportunity, yet to be decided, for Old Parliament House. The Essential Criteria will form the basis of the evaluation; however, the Desirable Criteria will be considered as well.
If development is required for the system to bring it in line with Old Parliament House’s requirements, all developers must have a baseline clearance.
