Tender Description
This EOI is the first stage of a multistage procurement process where the TMF is seeking an enhanced solution for workers compensation claims management services from January 2025 and beyond. Following the evaluation of EOI responses, the next phase of procurement may include (without limitation):
- Invitation of public tenders; or
- Invitation of tenders from a short-listed group of Respondents, based on assessment of their responses in accordance with this EOI; or
- direct negotiation with a single Respondent, or short-listed Respondents, based on assessment of their responses in accordance with this EOI.
