Conditions for Participation:
1. The respondent is a legal entity at the Closing Time.
2. Data Centre must be located in Australia
3. The respondent complies with the RFT Conditions and Harbour Trust Supplier Code of Conduct
4. The response contains completed Response Schedules, in English.
5. All pricing and costs must be provided in Australian dollars.
6. The Respondent has complied with the insurance requirements by either providing certificates of currency or confirming compliance if successful. Specifically:
(a) workers compensation insurance, during the term, as required by law;
(b) property and public liability insurance, in an amount of at least $20 million;
(c) professional indemnity insurance, in an amount of at least $10 million.
Timeframe for Delivery: Contract commencement during September 2024.
