The U.S. Consulate General Sydney would like to request interested vendors for professional gardening services for the Consul General’s Residence. Prospective quoters may request a copy of the solicitation package by emailing: sydcontracts@state.gov.

A site visit will occur on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 10:00am, and all prospective quoters are invited to attend. The site location and registration information are noted in the solicitation package.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
