Engagement of an Architectural and Health Planning Advisor (A&HP) to the Arden Hospital Project (Stage 1), part of the Parkville Arden Project.

The A&HP will be required to:

• develop a masterplan for the hospital supersite that includes the Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Arden Hospital, the complementary developments and carparking on the 21,600m² site.

• provide architectural and health planning advice and assistance for all relevant aspects of the Project from Phase 1 (EOI Stage) through to the commencement of the Phase 4 (Operating Stage);

• work collaboratively with VHBA and its advisors in the preparation of the Invitation for Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal documentation for the PPP and complementary developments;

• contribute to the evaluation of the design and technical components of proposals received from market participants bidding for the Project (Respondents) in response to the Invitation for Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal documentation; and

• attend the Industry Briefing, market sounding sessions, EOI and RFP briefing sessions, Interactive Tender Process sessions, evaluation panel and sub-panel meetings, Steering Committee, PPT or such other meetings (including with Respondents), as required.
