Tender Description
Toowoomba Regional Council undertake regular upgrades to their water supply systems in line with their 3-yearly planning reports. Highfields has been identified as a high growth area into the future, and therefore Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking offers from competent contractors to complete a series of upgrade works.
As a summary, the works include:
• Build new shed and slab to house pumps, generator and associated electrical equipment
• Install TRC free issued pumps for installation into shed
• Extension to hardstand for access to new pump station
• Replace reservoir inlet and outlet pipework and valving
• Electrical
o Generator sizing, procurement and installation
o Switchboard design, procurement and installation
o Control philosophy and RTU programming
• Connection from underbore under New England Highway into inlet
