Victoria Police is intending to release a Selective Request for Tender in June 2024 for the engagement of a Head Contractor to refurbish the Narre Warren Police Station.
The project will include the major refurbishment of the existing police station, which will include layout changes, building services upgrades including mechanical and electrical works, façade upgrade, and minor landscaping works.
The scope of works also include the fit-out of an office building in Narre Warren which will accommodate police operations during the refurbishment of the existing station.
The Head Contractor will be responsible for the delivery of the project in accordance with Victoria Police requirements.
Interested eligible contractors are required to submit the Returnable Schedules via the Buying for Victoria by the due date for consideration.
