The Shire of Toodyay is seeking tenders for:

Bush Fire Mitigation Works, consisting of a number of treatments grouped into the following four categories:

Fuel Reduction - Prescribed Burning: Include mechanical elements in creating and maintaining control lines, mop-up and patrol.

Fuel Reduction - Mechanical Works: May also involve elements of chemical treatment(s).

Fuel Reduction - Chemical Works: May also involve elements of mechanical treatment techniques (i.e. slashing) where chemical is ineffective or unable to be applied for any reason. Tenderers tendering for this treatment group will be assessed not only on their experience and capability in delivering chemical treatments, but also mechanical slashing.

Fire Access Track Works: Includes associated manual or mechanical vegetation management.
