Serco is seeking proposals from the market for the provision of Property Management Services at Fiona Stanley Hospital. 

Proposals are being sought with respect to the management of  twelve (12) tenancies on the Hospital site.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Fiona Stanley Hospital at 25 Jan, 2024 2:00 PM.

A site briefing will be held on Thursday 25th January 2024 to allow respondents an opportunity to view the tenancies and the hospital site.
