The project is a Fencing and Security upgrade to the Kooragang Coal Terminal (KCT) and Carrington Coal Terminal (CCT). The works are throughout both sites across various locations. The Maritime and Site Security Fencing Project (Project) is a key to Port Waratah's Licence to Operate function.

Requirements

Please complete all schedules within the Tender Package (Word Document) and provide an estimate for the entire scope.

Submissions

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion. Please ensure you complete and sign all Tender Schedules and review the enclosed Draft Contract as part of your submission.

Port Waratah is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Port Waratah's staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries concerning the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
