Queensland Health intends to award a contract for the appointment of a third-party logistics provider to provide fulfillment services to Queensland Health for the Home Enteral Nutrition System (HENS) Program, (The Service).
The Service will consist of evolutions involved with the receipt, stowage, picking, packing and delivery of Enteral Nutritional Products and associated Clinical Accessories, (The Goods) required for use in the care of adult, and paediatric, patients/clients under a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA).
This RFI is issued to gain constructive feedback from the market regarding the proposed model of engagement and the associated process flows and anticipated levels of service capabilities regarding the management of consignment stock, replenishment ordering, invoicing and payment as well as the ability to provide the desired reporting.
