Ports Victoria (PV) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced tenderers for the provision of a learning management system with optional modules. The system will be used by approximately 100 staff internally and 4,000 eternal contractors to provide and record mandated training required under legislation.

The Learning Management System must:

• Provide a customisable cloud hosted learning portal that is accessible via both desktop and mobile technologies with data hosted within Australia.
• Include in course authoring tools that allow the creation of in-house programs.
• Support hybrid learning.
• Be able to administer tests and other assessments.
• Record completion and compliance.
• Be able to send automated course reminders for new modules or modules where certification has lapsed.
• Provide an array of reporting tools.
• Be able to differentiate between types of learners, such as employees and external contractors.
• Provide technical support via a customer management system.
• Provide training and user guides.

In addition to the mandatory requirements, tenderers can bid separately for additional functionality such as:

• The provision of externally recognised training courses that can be utilised and/or purchased.
• The ability to integrate into other HR systems.
• A broader HR systems package that may include some of the following modules.
• Onboarding/offboarding
• Recruitment
• Performance Management
