Council is seeking Submissions from interested parties for a ground lease at Kempsey Airport for the purposes of constructing a hangar. Two designated sites of around 600m2 are available for immediate construction. Other sites, in accordance with the Airport Master Plan, may be considered for lease.

A non-mandatory briefing session will be held at Kempsey Airport on Tuesday 12 March 2024, at 1pm. Respondents are to confirm with the Council Contact person identified, their intention to attend the briefing sessions by 7 March 2024.
