The Department of Treasury (the Customer) is looking to develop the core capabilities of Chief Finance Officers (CFOs) across the WA public sector in a consistent way to deliver on current and future priorities.

The need to build capabilities of CFOs has been identified through various public sector reviews and reports. The Contractor will assist the Customer to coordinate CFO learning by developing and delivering the following 3 courses under the topic Empowering CFOs:

1. Key Fundamentals for CFOs in the Public Sector
2. Budget Process for CFOs
3. Financial Risk Management and Internal Controls for CFOs.
