Southern Ports is looking to establish preferred supplier panels of Industrial Blasting and Protective Coatings Services across its port operations at Albany, Bunbury and Esperance.  Contracts will be for an initial 3 year term with 2 further 12 month options.  

Southern Ports will be receiving Offers for the advertised Tender via its internal Felix Vendor Management System. 

Respondents are required to request access by completing the form - Felix Registration/Access Request.

Within 72 hours of receiving your request, Southern Ports will provide access to Felix. 

When lodging your Offer in Felix, you will be required to:

Complete Part A - Vendor Registration and Onboarding

Complete Part B - Request for Quotation (Lodgment of Offer)

You are required to complete both Part A and Part B prior to the specified Closing Time for your Offer to be deemed compliant and considered for evaluation.

A briefing session will be held at at 16 Feb, 2024 11:00 AM.

A Briefing will be held via an online Microsoft Teams meeting.

Respondents are required to register its attendants by no later than 24 hours prior to the advertised Briefing date through the Briefing Registration form.
