Refurbishment of Unit 4, Lexcen Close Melton
Scope of work:
1. New DDA Access to the front and rear of the unit.
2. Demolition of existing Kitchen joinery and appliances. Full replacement of these.
3. Demolition of existing fittings, fixtures, wall lining and floor lining in the Bathroom. Full replacement of these.
4. Removal of existing gas heater and installation of Split System HVAC.
5. Painting throughout.
6. Replacement of Floor Coverings
7. Replacement of Fixtures and Fittings
8. Demolition of the existing rear yard and all features including the hot water unit. The clothes line is to be re-used. New concrete landing and step ramp to rear door of unit, new concrete paving through out the back yard, a new scooter shed, new hot water unit, new planter box to be installed.
