Tender Description
Service Provider to provide General Podiatry Services to our consumers. One session of five hours per month, with up to six patients to be treated within a single session. This allows one hour for administrative and reporting requirements.
On a monthly basis, the Supplier must provide to Forensicare’s General Practitioner, Infection Control and Physical Health Care Nurse a report for the purpose of tabling at Forensicare’s Inpatient Best Care Committee. Forensicare will provide all non-reusable podiatry equipment required by the Supplier to provide the services and dental suite available for use by the Supplier (podiatrist).
