Riverlee is seeking a creative and innovative hospitality partner who will work with Riverlee to achieve its strategic and financial goals by providing a unique hospitality experience within the New Epping development. Riverlee is committed to developing a bespoke hospitality concept that compliments New Epping and the broader northern area, to become destination hospitality experience.
An area of approximately 500m2 of internal and external space has been dedicated to the new concept which will be located near the Edgars Creek Reserve and surrounding parkland.
Riverlee is keen to identify a hospitality partner who will work with them to develop the final concept and operate the venue.
This Expression of Interest forms part of Riverlee’s business planning process; the information provided by the respondent will inform Riverlee on a preferred operating model. The preferred respondent will jointly work with Riverlee to develop and operate the new hospitality concept.
