South West Healthcare is seeking a service provider for the provision of non-clinical care and support services to the Ngootyoong Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC) with SWH providing clinical and psychiatric services. SWH has responsibility for clinical risk assessment and communication of that clinical risk to the successful tender applicant.

The appointed Service Provider will provide general supervision and care of Guests including residential accommodation, recovery programs, psychosocial support and rehabilitation, practical support and therapeutic group activities.

Service Provider must provide qualified health professionals (minimum certificate 4 or equivalent) and non-direct care staff to supervise and provide Mental Health Community Support Services 24 hours per day every day of the year to support the recovery of Guests of the PARC.

SWH seek to continue to operate PARC under the following bed configuration:

• 8 standard PARC (a PARC) beds [up to 28 days]
• 5 extended PARC (e PARC) beds [up to six months]
• 2 day places (d PARC) [up to 14 days]
