SERVICE REQUIRED

Northern Beaches Council invites fee proposals for design services in relation to the development of a new public amenities building, located at Freshwater Beach Reserve, Freshwater. Council proposes to construct a new public amenities building that will meet the needs of the Community and visitors who utilise the reserve/beach. The location of the building sits on Crown Land, managed by Northern Beaches Council. The design services shall be fully documented with plans, details, specifications and schedules suitable for construction.

The site in which the building is proposed to be built is publicly accessible. Respondents shall allow to inspect the site at their convenience.

LODGEMENT

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
