The Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for Goondiwindi Hospital - Main Switch Board Upgrade Project.

It includes:

• Replacement of existing Main switchboard to allow the switchboard to be worked on safely.
• Reconfigure existing Goondiwindi electrical infrastructure to accept new generator to provide100% emergency power coverage for the Goondiwindi Hospital campus.
• The reconfiguration includes the replacement of an ageing end of life main switchboard and a new changeover switchboard that will facilitate current and future upgrades.
• Replacement of existing generator to an adequately sized generator to facilitate 100% essential to the current facility including future expansion.
• A new outbuilding is to be extended from the existing one that will house the new main switchboard and new containerized generator that will be located adjacent the existing switch room.
• Demolition of the existing Oral health building to allow for the extension to the existing car park and landscaping.
• Replacement of sub-mains cabling
