Welcome to Little Home Bakery, proudly established in 1992 and situated at 13/28 Rudloc Rd, Morley WA 6062. As Perth's leading wholesale bakery, serving premier venues across Western Australia, we are committed to upholding the highest standards in food safety and cleanliness. We are currently seeking tenders for commercial cleaning services and inviting. We are inviting experienced professionals as service providers to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. It is to ensure your service meets our food safety program and SQF standards regarding cleanliness and hygiene.

Scope of Work:

The selected service provider will be responsible for cleaning the specified areas and will be more detailed in an agreement.

Areas:

• Production area 1: Sunday to Friday 11pm to 4am
• Production area 2: Monday to Thursday 2pm – 6pm

Tasks:

• Production and packing areas (including specific daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly tasks outlined in our food safety program)
• Restrooms, bathrooms, and staff facilities o Kitchen/lunchroom areas
• Staircases and walkway areas
• Entrance and reception area
• Main office areas and offices

Our Food Safety Program and SQF Expectations:

As an SQF-certified food manufacturer, we require the commercial cleaner to adhere to our food safety program and SQF standards for cleaning and sanitation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Documenting and implementing cleaning methods and ensuring cleaning techniques are imperative to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
• Completing cleaning tasks and providing records and reports, ensuring the right chemicals are used appropriately with required dilutions.
• Cleaning tools and equipment must be cleaned, and food safety procedures and standards must be followed.

Contract Duration and Termination:

The initial term of the contract will be for one year, with the option for extension on the same terms and conditions. Either party may terminate the agreement with a 90-day written notice. Termination for non-performance will follow the specified procedures outlined in the agreement. Additional Services and Schedule: In addition to routine cleaning, the service provider is expected to perform ad hoc, or specific cleaning tasks outlined in our Bi-monthly or occasional internal food safety audits.

Cleaning Products and Equipment:

We provide cleaning chemicals for floors, cleaning and sanitizing food surfaces and machinery. Also, we provide floor cleaner machines, general equipment such as mops and buckets, brooms, dust pans, squeegees, chemical spray bottles, floor scrubbers, and wall and ceiling cleaning tools. However, some specific cleaning tools will be provided by the commercial cleaner party.
