Tender Description

EDG Space is calling all contractors to quote on the Tooleybuc Sporting Club refurbishment project, starting with stage one refurbishment of the internal sports bar and internal public toilets.

Here are the key details of proposed works:

Sportsbar:

  •  Removal of existing bar, bulkheads, and internal linings
  •  Installation of new ceilings and wall linings
  •  Upgrades to all lighting fixtures
  •  Inbuilt booth seating and joinery
  •  Timber-look feature ceilings and breeze block walls

Toilets:

  •  Refurbishment of Sports Bar, Gaming, and Dining amenities
  •  New internal wall and ceiling linings throughout
  • All new joinery and toilet cubicles
  •  New sanitaryware throughout with re-designed layout
  • Floor-to-ceiling tiles
  •  Upgrades to mechanical ventilation
