Summary
Cushman & Wakefield acts as an Agent to School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Hunter and Central Coast Region and seeks to engage Local Contractors for the provision of reactive maintenance services to public school assets in the region.
The focus is on the engagement of Local Contractors based as close as possible to the Schools they service, within 30 minutes or 50 kilometers. If you or your business can self-deliver reactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.

Submissions
Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Responses are also accepted via Email submission sent directly to SINSW.HCCProcurement@cushwake.com.
To submit a compliant proposal the following documents must be fully completed and returned:

Enquiries
Request for Information (RFI) should be directed via the online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.
Key Dates
This is an Open Tender where submissions are evaluated on a weekly basis. The Tender & RFI will remain open until 08 August 2024.
