GH Catering Ballarat require a 3rd party provider to deliver GH Ballarat Catering meals to external clients within and outside of the City of Ballarat area 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year.

GHBC operates from a public hospital kitchen accredited under HACCP certification. The volume of meals prepared on a daily basis varies depending on the day of production and number of meals required. GHBC produce approximately 2000 meals daily. All food is cooked and packaged at the Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) site located in Ascot Street South, Ballarat and distributed by a range of GHBC owned and sub- contracted vehicles to various locations around Victoria.
