DHSV is the lead oral health agency in Victoria. We provide oral health services through the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM) and in partnership with over 50 community dental agencies throughout the state. We also run statewide oral health promotion programs, invest in oral health research, advise the government on oral health policy and support the education of future oral health professionals.

The scope of this project is to replace current incandescent light fittings with LED Light fittings which meet industry compliance and lux levels throughout the RDHM Hospital Building - Levels Ground to 7.

Attachment 2, RDHM Lighting Specifications detail our business requirements and expectation which includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and training of DHSV staff and continued support across the term of the warranty period.

This tender requires suppliers to submit terms and conditions of their warranty, extended warranty and preventative maintenance options.

This tender scope includes the preferred supplier to store the LED Lighting Equipment at their premises in a manner that maintains their integrity until DHSV initiates installation.

Tenderers will be required to attend a mandatory site to assess and gather content prior to submitting their tender proposal; the forthcoming date is advised in the RFT Document. Tenders will also be required submit documentation which evidences their commitment to the social procurement commitment outcome of environmentally sustainable business practices.
