Leeton Shire Council are tendering for the Leeton Flood Study Review. Our scope of work is for a proposal to outline a methodology that will achieve the objectives of the study, listed in Section for identified key end users (Table 1). The proposed methodology is to be developed to meeting the scope of work and to produce the required deliverables (Section 7) and comply with the guidelines and best practices (Section 5) in consideration of the available information (Section 4).

The consultant's proposal is to have a section on the limitations of their proposal relative to the project brief to clearly identity any limitations on the ability or intention to comply with the full requirements of the brief or any limitations of their proposed approach in meeting the full requirements of this brief, including the defined deliverables for all end users.
