Tender ID: 549665
Tender Details
Tender Description
Gippsland Primary Health Network is one of only six Primary Health Networks nationally to receive the Australian Government funding of approx. $7.4 million to pilot the Trauma-Informed Mental Health Therapeutic Services as part of the Support Recovery project in the Baw Baw and Latrobe areas.
The new services will be delivered to victim-survivors of family domestic and sexual violence who are experiencing mental health challenges. Expansion of the service delivery area may be considered in due course however Latrobe and Baw Baw are currently the only eligible service delivery areas for Gippsland PHN.
Providers do not need to be based in the Latrobe /Baw Baw region, as the Model of Care allows for delivery from outside of these local government areas. However, victim-survivors (consumers) must be from the Latrobe /Baw Baw region in order to be eligible to receive services.
Resulting contracts are anticipated to commence from 1 May 2024 to 30 June 2026.
An online Procurement Information Session was held via Zoom at 2pm on Monday 5 February 2024 where the model of care was discussed with the opportunity was provided for attendees to ask questions about the upcoming procurement.
A link to the recording and a link to the PowerPoint can be found on the Gippsland PHN website. The briefing was intended to provide contextual and background information, along with setting out the indicative intentions of Gippsland PHN for the proposed procurement. Interested organisations should rely upon the content of the published RFT when developing their tenders.
