Invitation to building Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest for the construction of a 50 Bed Residential Aged Care Facility

Princes Court Limited (PCL) invites appropriately qualified and experienced building contractors who can demonstrate they have the capability, capacity and commitment to construct a 50 bed Residential Aged Care Facility to submit an EOI in accordance with this Invitation.

The project is the construction of a new residential aged care facility within an existing aged care site, located in Mildura, north-west Victoria.

The development also includes the construction of a new car park, cross over and relevant services diversions.

The project has an estimated value of $19m. The Federal government funding requirements and the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry apply to this project.
