Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor for a single steer bogie drive water tanker, capable of self-loading and rated to legally carry a minimum of 12,500 litres of water or above, other water tanker combinations will be considered. The tendered water tanker will work in conjunction with Council's Work Crew undertaking road maintenance grading throughout Eurobodalla Shire.

The contract is for the period 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2026, with an option to extend the agreement by a further 2 x 12 months by mutual agreement.

Note: Council's grading team is currently supported by a single steer, bogie drive water tanker, capable of carrying 12,500L. Given the nature of the works, in varying accessibility and road conditions and refill efficiency this configuration of water tanker is considered the best fit for operational purposes for the proposed contract. Other water tanker combinations will be considered.
