The Scope of Works is as follows:

_ Prepare and submit environmental and safety management plan, traffic management plan, quality plan, methodology and safe work method statements for Wannon Water approval.

_ Mobilise construction plant and equipment, amenities, site facilities, and the like for the Contractor's own use.

_ Supply and install protective barriers around the works area to restrict unauthorized access to the work area. Assemble temporary works as required.

_ Submit shop drawings of concrete anchor blocks for approval.

_ Manufacture concrete anchor blocks as per approved drawings.

_ Submit concrete test results of 7 and 28 days.

_ Transport the concrete anchor blocks to Brierly Basin.

_ Safely install concrete anchor blocks in position in the reservoir as outlined on the drawings, which includes:

1. Site preparation works.

2. Material, plant and equipment laydown area.

3. Protection of existing infrastructure.

4. All equipment (must be disinfected if previously used in a sewer system) maintained and operated to meet Wannon Water's requirements.

5. Survey the locations / positions of concrete anchor blocks during installation and post installation.

6. Provide post installation coordinates of the anchor blocks to Wannon Water for verification.

7. Rectify the positions for anchor blocks found to be out of tolerance.

_ Safely install 52 nos. of mooring lines for the connection to floating solar arrays.

_ Supply and install 10 nos. of buoys to mooring lines for anchors 6 to 16.

_ Prepare detailed report at completion of the project which will include the following:

1. Redline mark-up of drawings

2. Signed Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

3. Material certificate and test reports

4. Final location coordinates and record water depth at the time of installation

5. Photos
