City of Prospect (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of road reconstruction services on Livingstone Avenue, Prospect (the Services).

The project involves road reconstruction to new levels between Maud Street and Hillsdale Street inclusive of all service relocations, stormwater upgrade, kerbing, driveway access and footpaths. In addition, road re-sealing and minor kerbing repair is to be undertaken from Mendes Street to Maud Street and Hillsdale Street to Prospect Road. A stormwater line from Livingstone Ave to Talinga Ave, under Hillsdale Street, is also to be installed to improve drainage in the street.

The project is to be delivered in two stages (each a Separable Portion):

Stage 1: between Maud Street and Hillsdale Street including all stormwater works; and

Stage 2: being all other re-sealing and minor kerbing works (Mendes Street to Maud Street and Hillsdale Street to Prospect Road).

Note - Mandatory criteria : Tenderers MUST hold DIT prequalification to a level not less than R2 and F5.
