Zoos Victoria Werribee Open Range Zoo is seeking tender proposals for the Design, Fabrication, Supply & Installation of a new Staff Amenities & Accommodation Prefabricated Modular building at Werribee Open Range Zoo to accommodate additional staff that will be onboarding as a result of the Werribee Zoo's Expansion - a new Elephant exhibit & trail.
Zoos Victoria is seeking options from Modular building companies that are a standard size and standard design, that meet our space requirements and needs as outlined in these documents. An indicative floor plan was prepared in 2023 and is supplied for reference only. Please note that our confirmed space requirements differ from the original 2023 plan and we have marked this up for reference. We are seeking a simple built form, Pre-fab Modular building, based on cost-effective standard sized modules. We ask that you provide, based on your standard size and design modules, plans that would accommodate the requirements outlined.
