Lyons Project Management is representing Walgett Shire Council for the purposes of delivering the Everyone Can Play Playground in Lightning Ridge, NSW.

As part of this project, your firm is invited to provide a quotation for the services outlined below and within the documents attached.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of works for this project that you are invited to provide a quotation for is the Design and Construction of a Playground at Lions Park, situated near the Visitor Information Centre on Bill O'Brien Way, Lightning Ridge.

An extensive Scope of Works is attached to this tender package.

The key deliverables are:

Design and Construction of Playground

Completion within grant timelines

GRANT CONDITIONS

Grant conditions are included in section 6 of the Scope of Works and the funding agreement outlining grant conditions is attached to this tender package.

GENERAL TERMS

When providing pricing please ensure that any conditions, inclusions and exclusions are clearly documented. Consideration and notation of the quantity of design/project meetings should be included in your submission. All items that are required for you to provide your services that are not clearly excluded will be deemed to be included.

A pricing schedule is provided as part of our tendering system that should be followed for your submission. Please attached any additional information or your own fee proposal template to the submission.

Your pricing will be considered to have included all travel and accommodation required unless noted otherwise.

If successful, you may be required to provide information to enable Walgett Shire Council to onboard you as a supplier.
