Parkes Showground Land Manager (PSLM) requires completion works to a new pavilion and services upgrades at Parkes Showground, 52 Victoria Street Parkes NSW.

The purpose of the new pavilion is to deliver a multipurpose venue to be utilised by the Parkes Show, Parkes Elvis Festival and multiple other community groups and organisations.

A photo report has been included in these documents to demonstrate the status of the works on site. All remaining works detailed in the construction documentation is required to be completed by the head contractor engaged.

The project has tight reporting schedules and Grant Conditions. Compliance with timeframes will be a key selection criterion, along with practice capability; practice relevant experience; and project understanding.

Prior to submitting their tender, it is recommended that all tenderers conduct their own independent and thorough on-site inspection and investigation to determine for themselves the status of the works and what works are required to complete the project, resulting in a compliant, fit for purpose building, constructed in accordance with the relevant design documentation.
