This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client the WA Department of Finance (DoF). JLL invites tenders for the provision of security guard services for various government owned office buildings.

Security guard services will be provided throughout the Royal Street Precinct. This includes:

• Silver City, 151 Royal Street, East Perth WA 6004
• May Holman Building, 189 Royal Street, East Perth WA 6004

In addition to the security guarding services described, the Service Provider is to also provide front desk duties including but not limited to managing room bookings, contacting tenants when visitors or contractors arrive, direct and / or escort visitors and contractors, signing visitors and contractors in and out, and escorting staff to their vehicle after dark if requested and if they are available.

No more than two representatives per company can be accommodated.

Failure to attend the "Request Briefing" will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 June 2024 until 31 May 2027. The Principal reserves the right to exercise two, one year extensions.

A site visit will be held at May Holman Building (Seminar Room), 189 Royal Street, East Perth at 8 Mar, 2024 12:30 PM.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
