Tender Description
The Courthouse is a heritage building being refurbished to function as a multi-purpose community facility.
This RFQ requests quotations from appropriately skilled and qualified builders to arrange, manage, supply and coordinate the Key Deliverables listed below:
1. Replace and renew all existing electrical wiring and fittings to the internal building and replace all existing lighting with LED.
2. Refurbish, restore or finish existing heritage fireplaces to all rooms (6 off)-
3. Refurbish and modernize (3 off) existing external heritage toilets including new pans, sinks, tiling, door furniture, and screen to open louvered windows
4. Install accessible ramp to create access between 'bar room' and 'bar room external courtyard'.
5. Install kitchen cabinetry, dual sink, refrigerator, and dish washer and connect to existing (but heritage) plumbing and drainage.
6. Create pedestrian openings in existing heritage brick dividing walls (refer design) between Courtyard 1 and Courtyard 2; and between Courtyard 2 and Courtyard 3.
7. Install perimeter Timber Picket Fence (approximately 50m length) with two gates, to match original.
