Norfolk Island Regional Council is inviting Tender Responses from suitably qualified persons or companies to manage the use of the maritime ports at Norfolk Island, including port related infrastructure, the loading and unloading of ships anchored offshore and the use of the ports for commercial and recreational purposes, in accordance with the provisions in force of Marine Safety Act 2013 (NI) and in accordance with Section B - Specification.
