Tender Description
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is responsible for providing catering services and delivering events and functions at Parliament House for a range of client categories through its ‘APH Catering and Events’ business.
DPS seeks to establish a panel of suitably experienced and resourced Service Providers to provide labour hire services in all aspects of the APH Catering and Events hospitality operations. Through the establishment of a panel, DPS aims to:
1. Ensure a consistent and efficient processes to engage Service Providers.
2. Deliver high quality services that represent value for money.
3. Ensure services are provided by reputable organisations that adhere to the highest integrity standards (including the Integrity Requirements).
4. Provide increased transparency through improved data and reporting.
Other Instructions:
DPS will be holding a non-mandatory Site Visit and Industry Briefing in relation to this RFT at 10:30 AM (ACT, Canberra local time) on Monday, 28 October 2024.
Interested Tenderers should register their interest in attending the Site Visit and Industry Briefing by no later than 5:00 PM (ACT, Canberra local time) on Thursday, 24 October 2024 via email at DPSTenders@aph.gov.au.
