Horizons Regional Council (Horizons) is seeking qualified possum monitoring contractors to deliver monitoring operations across the region over the next three years (2024-2027), with the possibility of a plus one year (2027-2028) rollover.

The process will be a two staged open market process:

1) Registration of Interest (ROI)

2) Request for Proposal (RFP)

This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow Horizons to create a shortlist of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process.

The outcome for this procurement will be an arrangement that will deliver monitoring services with confidence across the Horizons region, this could be a panel arrangement of contractors or a sole contractor depending on the outcome of the process.
