Oberon Council is seeking tenders, including a fee proposal from suitably qualified and experienced consultants, to prepare a Comprehensive Land Use Strategy (CLUS) for the Oberon Local Government Area. Consultants will be expected to have experience in the preparation of Comprehensive Strategic Land Use Plans, a detailed knowledge of Strategic Planning processes and framework and have sound understanding or rural and regional strategic planning issues.

Electronic tenders must be submitted in the format specified in the tender document. Failure to do so will result in the tender not being considered by Council.
