Tender Description

The Scope of Work is as follows:

  • Provision of administration and documentation, procedures, plans, and programs. Obtain permits from authorities;
  • Service proving, setting out of works, site establishment and demobilization;
  • Work Health and Safety system implementation.
  • Earthworks, retaining walls, stormwater drainage, pump building, pumps, monorail, diesel electrical generator, paved areas, fences/rails, pipeworks & thrust restraints, electrical supply and connection etc.;
  • All other works necessary to ensure compliance with Construction Drawings and the Specification;
  • Testing and commissioning, supply of as-constructed information;
  • Restoration of site following works, including reinstatement of sealed pavements and reinstatement of grassed areas;
  • Maintenance during the Defects Liability Period.
