All tenders must be clearly marked CONFIDENTIAL – RFT 02/2024 SALE OF PROPERTY – LOT 125 BROCKMAN STREET, GINGIN and either placed in the tender box at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin or posted to the CEO, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 by the due date and time. Emailed or faxed tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Councillors and/or Shire staff will disqualify the tenderer.
