Maryborough Aboriginal Corporation (MACorp) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to construct 4 new units at 326 Pallas St, Maryborough. An EOI is being called to determine a suitable Tender panel for this project. POD (People Oriented Design) is Principal Consultant & Project Manager for this project.
BACKGROUND: MACorp is an Indigenous corporation that promotes and delivers programs and resources to meet the diverse needs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in a culturally safe environment. MACorp is constructing 4 new units, with new carparking, driveway, site services and landscaping. The design and documentation for the units is complete.
Contractors must hold an open License with MR Cat 2 or above, have demonstrated experience in delivering projects with Indigenous clients, and have an established base in the Wide Bay area.
