The Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC) is seeking to replace three key systems used in the delivery of its core services. The project is expected to deliver a new software platform that will improve the efficiency of existing processes, provide improved reporting, and better support consumers of ORIC's services and information. ORIC operates in a complex IT environment and is part of the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) which consumes hosting and network shared services provided by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C).

ORIC is seeking 2 components of assistance which will need to be separately quoted and accounted for as part of a single contract. The first component of the RFQ relates to governance assistance. The last component of the work relates to supporting the delivery through program and project management function from discovery to delivery.
