Scope including but not limited to

• Provide a concept design/drawing at tender stage followed by a full structural design, proof check, drawings, documentation and specifications for construction, which satisfies the scope of works. Provide a contract management plan and schedule of works.
• Site establishment including liaison and co-ordination with key stakeholders and relevant service providers (Telstra) and adjacent landowners. Provide site facilities and supervision and demobilise and clean up site at job completion.
• Provide approved traffic control at the worksite including a traffic management plan and side bypass track management throughout the job.
• Demolish existing bridge structure including existing abutment rock and Massblocs as required and dispose of all materials off site to the Superintendents approval.
• Construction of new bridge including footings, abutments and wingwalls, centre pier, deck and beams and supply all plant, labour and materials.
• Supply materials and place rock armour and Massblocs as required to provide a high level of flood protection to the toe of the abutments and wingwalls plus additional protection adjacent to the wingwalls up and downstream.
• Supply materials and carry out roadwork to backfill behind new abutments plus raise the road level to match the new raised deck level and blend in to the existing sealed pavement. Finished surface shall be compacted and graded gravel with a 2-coat bitumen seal.
• Provide as constructed drawings and quality control documents
