Tender Description
The Principal operates a waste transfer station at Lutana. The current office and administration building is inadequate and requires replacement with a completely new and separate commercial office building.
The Principal has procured the designs and elevations for its new office building, to be constructed near the existing facility, and wishes to have it completed as soon as possible.
Full details of the services and building requirements are provided in Appendix A of this document, with the copy of the contract included at Appendix D.
