This document has been prepared on behalf of the member councils of Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils’ (“REROC”) Waste Forum (a sub-committee of REROC).

The REROC Waste Forum is a Voluntary Regional Waste Group located in the eastern Riverina region of NSW. The Member Councils are Bland, Coolamon, Cootamundra-Gundagai, Greater Hume, Junee, Lockhart, Temora and Wagga Wagga.

This Resource Sharing Project for the Grinding and Mulching of Bulky Green Waste is the result of assessments made by Participating Councils regarding the quantity, and the possible advantages that can be gained through regional collection.

It is REROC’s intention to select a Contractor for the one-off Grinding and Mulching of Bulky Green Waste for Participating Councils that have elected to participate in this procurement. Once processing is completed, the product will remain at Councils' sites. The lowest, or any particular quotation may not be accepted and not all Councils are guaranteed to participate.

The project calls for a one-off Grinding and Mulching of Bulky Green Waste for each of the Councils – some councils have a number of locations - as shown in Appendix A. Estimated volumes of Bulky Green Waste are also detailed in Appendix A.

These quantities are estimates only and will not form part of the contract. REROC and its Participating Councils provide no undertaking, guarantee or warranty that they will participate in the final contract or that the Bulky Green Waste estimates provided will be matched during the life of the contract.
