The Regional Investment Corporation is an Australian Corporate Commonwealth Entity (CCE) established under the Regional Investment Corporation Act 2018 (RIC Act). The RIC administers the delivery and ongoing management of a range of Farm Business and Forestry Loans. Our loan programs encourage growth, investment, and resilience in Australia’s regional communities.
RIC is looking to redesign and rebuild the current application form/s for better customer and internal user experiences as well as improving the quality of the information captured in the form/s. This will lead to an update to the internal user interface and how RIC users complete their work processes.
The current RIC Salesforce platform has been implemented by multiple projects and updated and managed by multiple teams. A review and update is to be completed on the current platforms technical landscape to identify areas where we can retire unused/obsolete solutions including data points and processes and improve the quality of the underlying technical infrastructure (leading to faster delivery of change in the future).
