Tender Description
The goal of this Contract is to upgrade aging sewers on Douglas Street in Timaru.
The approximate extent of the works is from 86 Douglas Street to the intersection with Selwyn Street. Two existing sewers (a 375 concrete sewer and a DN 225 earthenware sewer) will be combined into a single DN 600 sewer. A collector sewer to service properties on Douglas Street will be installed along deep sections of the trunk sewer in the same alignment to avoid deep lateral connections to trunk sewers.
